Do you know about Super power advanced meditation?

Introduction:

Meditation is a great way to achieve mindfulness, peace, and spiritual balance in the body. It is a great way to instill calmness in our life and it can also substantially increase our focus, memory retention, and our attention period while doing a task. Although there are many ways and techniques to do meditation as a beginner and get its benefits, there are also advanced meditation techniques that can do magic to your body and may increase your body's effectiveness, efficiency, and ability to do a certain task faster if done regularly and in a correct way. These techniques of meditation surely are insanely difficult for most people, but if it is mastered it could provide surreal benefits to our brain, and our ability to tackle problems. Remember meditation alone cannot provide all the benefits and powers. you need to do many other things, and lots of practice to enhance the effects of meditation. Meditation is not just for spirituality but also for personality development as a human you want to become. In this article, I have discussed all the techniques of meditation and focus practices to increase the power of the brain.

Advanced Meditation - consistency is the key:
As a beginner, if you first start with meditation you would be told to do guided meditation, or meditation with some calm music of specific frequency as per your need, or to focus between your eyebrows known as glabella. These all are very beneficial to do but we can go even more advanced, to a level where our brain has to work very hard to focus multiple things at the same time. Let's see how you can do it.

-> Focusing on multiple energies:

1. Sit in a peaceful environment, or if not available you can do it at night or can even put on earphones or headphones with noise cancellation.

2. First start with deep breathing focusing on exhaling and inhaling the air. This is a warmup for calming the mind. Do it for 30 seconds to 1 minute or till the time when you feel calm.

3. Start the meditation by imagining an energy flux or rays of energy emerging from your heart and coming to your brain between the eyebrows( glabella region ). Ensure that no other thought comes into your mind. If it's difficult you can just repeat the thing you want to achieve in your brain to prevent other thoughts from coming. You can start doing this for at least 10 mins (effectively 10 minutes i.e. without distraction). Also, don't set the timer to ten minutes, estimate the time by yourself as this is important. I know it is very difficult to do as a beginner but you will progress slowly to the point where you don't even have to repeat words in your mind and you will still be able to do it. You should feel the energy coming into your brain.

4. Next, we level up. Now you have to imagine electrical impulses going from your brain to the body simultaneously with imagining the energy coming from your heart to your glabella. This will be hard to focus on. If you have headphones or earphones you can even play some calm music without lyrics or binaural beats of 4hz( delta waves). Try to do this all at least 10 minutes each day. You can do it for more time if your time allows you as much time spent it will take less time to see noticeable changes to your body and mind.

4. Moving to the next step, (start with this only when you can do the above steps without having a single thought in mind with a focus for at least 10 minutes) you now have to imagine your aura all around your body like you might have seen in superhero movies or animes. Ensure that you are equally focused on all three things simultaneously. You have to be consistent. set an alarm if you forget to do meditation. Doing it every day will give you maximum benefits. you can increase the time of meditation if you feel to.

Things you need to practice:

1. Drink water every day before doing meditation to hydrate your body and enhance your focus.

2. After meditation each day do a difficult and brain-engaging task like solving puzzles, doing math or physics, programming or coding, or some calculations or whatever you like but ensure it's a serious task and doesn't involve distractions.

3. You can do this meditation two times a day one in day time and one time before sleeping.

4. Try solving puzzles like sudoku or try to write with your left hand.

5. One of the best ways to train your brain more is to take two unseen passages and try to read both simultaneously understanding each word in least time as possible don't get demotivated at first if you are not able to do it as it takes time from weeks to months to years for some people. This will increase your ability to comprehend and grasp power. Also, try to read that passage that you don't know about.

6. Also, be physically active and do exercises every day. you don't have to do heavy workouts simple walking will also do or just do spot jumping. Also try to eat omega-3 fatty acids in your food found in seafood, oils, and nuts like walnuts.

Things you don't have to do:

1. Meditation should not be taken as just a daily routine or habit, but as a way to get peace and happiness in your hectic day by imagining things you want and manifesting in your life through rigorous practice.

Remember, your willpower is the strongest thing in the world, and your true potential will only unlock when you don't have to think whether something is hard to do or not.

3. Again if you want to achieve insane powers in your body that are hidden it is common sense that you don't need to mindlessly roam on social media wasting precious time and losing your brain. The aim of this meditation is to conquer your brain not to lose again.

At last, you need to be consistent and happy because you need to unlock the hidden potential that not so many people have to have an identity in the world.
